Order Processing
Ben Cooper Jewelers makes sure your order is handled professionally, on time, and fairly.  We know you want your order as quickly as possible and at the lowest cost possible.

We strive to ship all orders the same business day upon the confirmation or your order and payment.  Your order will be shipped the same day if it is placed and confirmed before 4:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time, Monday through Friday.  All orders placed after this time or need extra verification will be shipped out the next business day.

In the event an item is out of stock, the customer will be contacted and informed as to the estimated time of delivery. No charges will be made to the credit card unless the customer agrees to the delay. Billing will occur at shipping. Customer will be notified of any delays via e-mail.

Sorry for the inconvenience, but we do not ship on Saturday and Sunday.  However, you can still place an order for shipping on Monday morning.

Please note that any items which require repairs (ring sizing, setting a stone, etc) will take 1-2 days longer to ship. We do our best to complete the repairs quickly but still with great care and skill.

All military FPO & APO addresses will be shipped with USPS.



Shipping Costs

Ben Cooper jewelers believes in keeping shipping costs as low as possible to better service our customers.  Therefore, our store front is directly linked to FedEx, so your shipping cost can automatically be calulated in real-time. Our customer will receive accurate, up-to-the-minute, shipping information by entering in your zip code.

Ben Cooper jewelers is proud to offer FREE ground shipping on all orders totaling at least $150 (excluding taxes and shipping & handling charges) to all U.S. destinations except Alaska and Hawaii; shipments to Alaska and Hawaii can only be shipped by 2nd day or Next Day service.

All orders are shipped using USPS or FedEx and are fully insured in transit. Delivery time is usually five (5) business days from the time your package leaves our store. Please note that we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes.

Packaging

We package all our fine jewelry in a blue box with white felt inside. The inside of the box has  "Ben Cooper Jewelers" in gold lettering on the inside of the top lid. We offer free gift wrapping, when wrapped it is still accessible for viewing your selection before you deliver a piece of fine jewelry from Ben Cooper Jewelers. We know how frustrating it is when you receive your merchandise damaged, not as described, or in the same box the merchandise comes in, so we strive to make sure our packaging is the best so you receive your fine jewelry as described. We have been serving customers for over seventy-five years.




Where We Ship

Ben Cooper Jewelers currently ships only in the United States. 

For your security, your order will not be delivered without a recipient signature. If you cannot be available to sign for your package, please be sure that an adult who is authorized to sign for your package will be available at the designated shipping address. Customers will be charged a fee of $10 to reroute a package once it has been released to our carrier.

Where We Do Not Ship

Ben Cooper Jewelers reserves the right to cancel or refuse an order placed due to the shipping destination or any suspicious activity we may detect.  We do this to protect the customer.

To protect against credit card fraud we DO NOT ship to alternate addresses not listed on file with your credit card company.


Order Tracking & Status

Here at Ben Cooper Jewelers we want to keep you as informed as possible about the status of your order.  After you place an order you will receive a confirmation email if you provided us with an valid email address.  It will have your order #, order details, and a link to check the status of your order.  Your order process goes through 3-4 stages before shipment.

  • Not finalized - we have received your order and we are confirming the details and the payment.
  • In progress - we have confirmed your order and we are verifying your payment.
  • Ready to ship - your payment has been verified and your merchandise has been boxed & labeled for pickup.
  • Complete - your order is complete and tracking number has been issued.

Terms & Conditions


All orders will require a signature.  If you are not there to sign for your package, you must either wait for your package to be delivered the next business day or call FedEx to schedule a time for them to make a delivery.  If you are not available to sign for your package 2 times in a row, the shipping company will call you on the 3rd time to schedule a delivery.  If you are unavailable the third time, the package will be mailed back to us in which you would then have to pay for the shipping charges back to you plus $10.00.

If you are paying with a credit card we only ship to the billing address on file with your credit card company.  This is the address in which the credit card company or bank sends your monthly statements.  If you need your merchandise shipped to an alternate location, please call your bank and request that they add it as an alternate shipping address.  If you are unable to do this, then please fax a copy of your Credit card, Photo ID to 1-757-588-0810.  With this fax, please sign the bottom of the fax agreeing to the charges of your order total.
